Patient Participation Group
Our Patient Participation Group (PPG) meets to provide a forum for discussion about the practice.
Embrace Medical Centre is always looking for more members for the Patient Participation Group (PPG). It would be particularly helpful to have to have one or two younger people of working age. If you are interested in joining, please send them an email at the address below.
We usually meet four times a year (the demands are not too onerous!)
If you would like to join the PPG please complete an online signup form.
Signup and become a PPG member
The form is only for the use of the Patient Participation Group and not for the practice. The submissions are not looked at every day, and there could be a potential problem if messages are left for the attention of doctors and staff. Do not include any health or other personal details in your message.
