Test Results
How and when to obtain test results from the surgery
Getting your test results
Test results are available from the surgery from 2pm each day via reception.
Please allow 7 working days for results to come back from the Hospital and be checked by a clinician.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- in your online services account
- phone on 01473 624 800 or visit us and we will tell you what the results are
You can request a printed copy of your results from reception but please be aware that these results are for your information only.
Our reception team are not medically trained and can therefore only give patients' the information as written by the clinicians.
Important
Please do not make any dietary changes, changes to your medication or take any over-the-counter supplements based on your results unless advised by a clinician.
