We’re inviting our local community to a free event all about staying well this winter with COPD

Come along and meet our friendly COPD Team. Ask questions, check your inhaler technique, or try a practice device in person. It’s a great chance to get advice, support, and practical tips to help you breathe easier this winter.

Wednesday 5th November 2025 from 6:30pm to 7:30pm

• Free Entry: Open to everyone living with COPD, their families, and carers
• Just drop in, have a chat and find out how to keep healthy and out of hospital this winter.
